Riudor...

Stayed with you over the Easter break for 4 nights. Lovely hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Yes the rest of the guests are a little older than myself and my husband but we had a really relaxing break. The room I booked had a problem but we were compensated and we were very happy with what the receptionist sorted for us. The room was comfortable, if not a little dated. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was brilliant! Please put in a couple more plug sockets though as I struggled to charge my phone, have my hair straighteners in etc.....only 1 plug in the main room. Was very quiet, we never had a problem getting to sleep. The drinks were good in the bar, the food was plentiful but I think maybe a few lowfat options wouldnt go a miss i.e. Skimmed milk , lowfat yoghurts...... The entertainment was too mature for our taste, that said theres loads of entertainment outside the hotel that we love. The pool area is great, good sun most of the day, plenty of beds !

Very Good

Hotel was clean, staff lovely with personal touch, food was good enough, only had breakfast and lunch but enough choice for us and quality good. Only down side is we were on first floor and could be a bit loud after 1am if we hadnt drunk enough. But I would advise pay for higher floor if that would be an issue. We would stay again but maybe only if we could guarantee higher floor.

Brilliant Good Value Hotel

Excellent holiday here, staff are friendly and helpful a great asset to the hotel. Located in a flat area of Benidorm easy access to beach and good bus services nearby.

Overall - great!

Stayed for the weekend in a refurbished room. Kettle and fridge included. Amazing nights sleep. Room and hotel very clean. Very friendly, helpful staff at reception - nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend due to central location and good value for money.

Excellent

For location alone this is a perfect hotel but the staff, rooms, entertainment and overall professionalism make this the only hotel I would book when I come to Benidorm.

One of the best

Excellent location staff fantastic clean and tidy food fantastic reception staff very helpful as turned up seven hours late .

BRILLIANT VALUE

We have been coming to this hotel for several years and have always been impressed with the choice and quality of food taking into account the cost of the holiday. The staff are brilliant friendly and they give quick service always with a smile. The location is a few minutes walk to the sea front and flat as there are quite a few hill in Benidorm. If you want an inexpensive break try this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Ruidor hotel

Cannot praise this hotel enough every member of staff was courtious helpful and friendly we have already booked 3 weeks next year

Renovating

Good but to noisy from bars. After i booked my room i received an email telling me you were renovating 3 floors. If i had know this i wouldve booked regente instead as we couldnt have a quiet relax in room

As soon as the dates of the reurbishment was set we contacted all of our guests by e-mail.
