Overall - great!
Stayed for the weekend in a refurbished room. Kettle and fridge included. Amazing nights sleep. Room and hotel very clean. Very friendly, helpful staff at reception - nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend due to central location and good value for money.

Excellent
For location alone this is a perfect hotel but the staff, rooms, entertainment and overall professionalism make this the only hotel I would book when I come to Benidorm.

One of the best
Excellent location staff fantastic clean and tidy food fantastic reception staff very helpful as turned up seven hours late .

BRILLIANT VALUE
We have been coming to this hotel for several years and have always been impressed with the choice and quality of food taking into account the cost of the holiday. The staff are brilliant friendly and they give quick service always with a smile. The location is a few minutes walk to the sea front and flat as there are quite a few hill in Benidorm. If you want an inexpensive break try this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Ruidor hotel
Cannot praise this hotel enough every member of staff was courtious helpful and friendly we have already booked 3 weeks next year

Renovating
Good but to noisy from bars. After i booked my room i received an email telling me you were renovating 3 floors. If i had know this i wouldve booked regente instead as we couldnt have a quiet relax in room

Hello Hugh, Our intention is never to disrupt anyone's holiday and we are sorry to hear that the refurbishment of 3 floors in the hotel had an impact on your stay. As soon as the dates of the reurbishment was set we contacted all of our guests by e-mail. If we would have been made aware that you were not happy with this before traveling we might have been able to arrange for accommodation at our sister hotel the Regente to ensure that you had an even more enjoyable holiday. Birthday treat
Once again we had a lovely birthday staying at the Riudor.great staff from freada right through to the bar staff .we are disappointed to find out that we will have to find another hotel soon as you can not accommodate 3 people once all the refurbishment have been completed....

Small but Beautiful
You wont find a grand reception in fact from the outside compared to some you might even be disappointed dont let looks put you off. This is a truly fabulous hotel, tucked away down a little alley its the best hotel I have ever stayed, and believe me ive tried so very many. Top location being just one street from the sea front, Top food being mostly Brits it seems to cater to this with a twist of Spain Spotless clean ,we like the club rooms they have everything you could ever need , but nothing wrong with the other rooms spotless clean very nice, I know we never watch telly while away !!! but just in case they also have BBC and ITV and sky sports in your bedroom , Remember no children might not suit everybody again it does us. Lovely friendly hotel and all the staff are just really nice, Last thing if you dont fancy going out at night the entertainment is also very good, Happy Holiday.

central to everything
this is the second time we have stayed in this hotel it is very clean food is great staff friendly we were on floor 8 rooms refurbished wi fi was great happy hour was good going back next month thank you hotel ruidor
