Es recomendable para un verdadero descanso, tranquilo, con amabilidad y profesionalidad. Sin olvidarnos de la cercanía de la playa y los lugares de óseo . A mejorar el aforo en la piscina y las actividades programadas. Repitiéremos

1st stay at Riudor

We checked in at 22:20pm on Saturday 15th July and the male receptionist made us wait until he made a lengthy phone-call to someone to check if we had paid!!! Embarrassing!! We had all the confirmation documentation and hotel voucher printed off and had already given it to him. I had booked a Club Superior room and requested a corner room no overlooking the Black Chicken as we are aged 65 & 72 years old at time of booking in October 2016. I know from experience that requests cannot be guaranteed but as we were celebrating our anniversary while on holiday I wanted it to be special. I did check with Medplaya customer service by email 23 times and 3 days before our check in date to ask if our request was successful. On checking in there was another couple beside us waiting to check in too. I asked the receptionist if we had a corner room but he said there was none available. But 20 mins later when speaking to the couple who booked in after us they told us they got a corner room that wasnt overlooking the Black Chicken and they did not request this when they booked their holiday!! So obviously there was a corner room available as we checked in before them. The only thing I can think of to explain this is that this other couple told the receptionist, while we were checking in, that they had stayed at the hotel twice before. So maybe favouritism was the deciding factor. We paid £980 for our 9 night half board stay while they paid £888 for all-inclusive for a 10 night duration of stay. I know the cost is not under your control but this lead to even more disappointment for me. Our air-conditioning wasnt working either and the security guard checked it also. We had to go without air-conditioning for 2 nights before it was fixed and it was extremely uncomfortable . I never ever write reviews as it never resolves or benefits anyone but the first night of my holiday was spent in tears and disappointment and I got a bad impression of the Riudor and reception staff. I hope you can understand this and YES -maybe- I would try your hotel again in the future and pray I would be lucky with the same request - a corner room away from the Black Chicken!!! Hello Rosemary, Thank you for submitting your review with regards to your recent stay at the hotel Riudor. Our aim is for all of our guests to have a fantastic time while staying here with us and we are very disappointed to learn that that was not your case.  At the hotel Riudor the reception work very hard to allocate our guests as requested. If they cannot asign you the requested room on arrival they always try and change you as soon as one comes available. All of the rooms gets allocated the day before your arrival day, so the receptionist do not asign rooms during check-in. You requested a corner room overlooking the pool and were given the room next door, overlooking the pool, we are sorry that was not to your satisfaction.  We apologise for the inconvenience experienced with the air conditioning not working well. We hope you will consider returning to the hotel Riudor and if you do please let us know so we can make sure you have the most enjoyable stay here with us. Muy buen hotel

Great 4 night break

Me and my friend have just arrived home from a 4 night break at hotel Ruidor. We found the hotel lovely and also the staff very friendly and helpful We will definitely be booking this hotel again

Lovely

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the riudor, staff and communications were excellent , rooms although quite small had everything we needed, i.e. Towels, kettle, fridge and more , my only problem was not with the hotel but other guests reserving sun beds so no one else could use them and some were gone most of the day . , only had breakfast once but it was ok and plenty of choice, would definitely stay here again ... thankyou

The best hotel in benidorm!

I, Vicky and my partner Stephen have stayed in the Riudor multiple times, twice this year already. every stay is absolutely perfect, the food is next to non and the staff are brilliant. we cannot wait to stay here again!
