Brilliant value for money hotel.
We have stayed at The Riudor on several occasions and have never been disappointed. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of food to suit all taste , well prepared and displayed. Refurbished rooms are very comfortable and cleaned each day to a good standard. Location is close to beach and nightlife. We always look forward to return visits.

Couldnt fault it. Have stayed in 20 hotels in Benidorm and this was the best! Room ideal, top floor with views of sea, strip and mountain. Most comfortable bed and pillow, good and free Wifi, ac, robes and slippers, loved the bedside reading lights. flat screen TV with 6 English channels inc sky sports. Kettle with tea and coffee, fridge with complementary chocolates. Staff very friendly and helpful, good bar, entertainment, next to Morgan bar and Talk of the coast for an alternative. Pint €1.70 in day with happy hour 2 for one at €2.30! Will definitely book again assuming it is not full!

Fantastic 5
Just had a great 5th visit to Riudor, 2nd over the new year. Check in quick and efficient, Superior club room well appointed and comfortable. Excellant maid service. Food was very good especially Friday Gala night, and the superb New Years Eve Feast. The animation team Flash dance was superb and got everyone in the party spirit. Met a lot of new friends and Paco and his team kept us all well served with drink All in all a great holiday. Special mention to Susana in Customer relations who helped us make good use of our Amigo points enabling us to re book for July and also Next New Year when we are hoping for a Magnificent Seven.

Very impressed
This hotel is quite old but is in remarkable condition and I understand a refurbishment programme commences in the new year. It caters for adults only, and is really handily placed for everything in the Levante area, and only one block away from the Prom Beach. Drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel and club rooms have everything you need including free wifi and safe, and although well decorated, they are on the small ish size. Food is brilliant and not done on the cheap with fantastic cuts of meat and great selection. The odd breakfast item was only warm but I just popped it into the microwave, and problem solved. I always look out for the microwave when I go somewhere to make the food hotter if only warm. Those who complain about food must be really fussy as there is loads of different options for starters, mains and deserts. Great choice of breakfasts - continentalfull english. This hotel appears to cater mainly for the English which probably explains the food served. We were half board but all types of board up to AI, and you can fill your boots on drinks and food if you go AI. This is a very old traditional Spanish type of hotel, and reminds me of when I first went to Spain back in the 70s, but it really is in great condition and makes a nice change from ultra modern hotels these days. Ignore negative reviews, this is a great hotel.
