Todo genial

Es la tercera vez que vamos para Fin de Año y hemos quedado muy contentos, como siempre, pero este año hemos notado algunos cambios: El buffet de Nochevieja fue espectacular pero creo que esta vez había menos variedad de postres. En otras ocasiones nos han dado una botella de cava por pareja y este año no. También nos solían obsequiar con una botella de vino por haber hecho la reserva en la web de Medplaya y este año tampoco ha sido asi. Eso si, agradezco que a pesar de ser los únicos españoles tuvieran el detalle de poner algunos turrones y polvorones que otros años hemos echado de menos. Gracias por todo!

Nos complace saber que disfrutaste de tu estancia con nosotros para Fin de Año, aunque lamentamos cualquier discrepancia que hayas notado en comparación con visitas anteriores. En cuanto a la botella de vino, es de hecho un privilegio para los clientes de Medplaya, y lamentamos cualquier malentendido al no recibirla. Hotel 4 star entertainment 1 star stayed for 3 weeks entertainment repeater host norbay and Lewis were great but medplaya group were amateurish and repeater. Been to the Ruidor hotel for many years and the medplaya acts was the same . when they were on we went out to other hotels and venues

Weve stayed in Medplaya hotels many times and our short stay in the Riudor didnt disappoint,it was clean,food was great and the hotel is ideally situated,close to bars and restaurants.

Lovely stay

1st time at this medplaya hotel having stayed at several others. Location ideal for bars. Hotel spotless. Never heard any of entertainment as out but no complaints and would happily return

Short stay

We had a 2 night stay and was very satisfied with the whole experience, Food was hot and plenty of choice. The room was very clean and sound proof. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Great location, didnt try breakfast as we didnt get up early enough, rooms modern, clean and bright
