Stunning hotel

The lovely Rio Park
We have been staying at the Rio Park for about 15 years and it never fails to please. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient position. We look forward to returning to our favourite hotel in the near future and would recommend a visit.

Outside lifts
Overall food was good apart from first night when it was not hot although it did improve over the next three days. Let down was outside lifts not working over weekend which made a long wait for lift when checking out with a wheelchair and a suitcase.

Me gusto mucho
Me encanto el hambiente..el recibimiento a la hora de coger la habitación...cogí media pensión y la comida era muy buena y de gran variedad..el espectáculo fue divertido...y la verdad q lo pasé muy bien y desconecte

Holiday
In all very good apart from one night when I had to phone reception at 1.15am about a family fighting in our corridor 6th floor security and police attended.So it took a while to calm down and get back to sleep

Necesita mejoras
Ya he visitado el hotel en dos ocasiones, en este caso, la limpieza de las habitaciones ha sido un poco regulera. La comida menos variada que la otra vez, de hecho se han repetido platos en la comida y cena en un mismo día. Las ensaladas algunas no tenían un buen olor. No me ha gustado que no se exigía la mascarilla para coger la comida del buffet, me parece poco higiénico y encima el estado en el que nos encontramos.
