Fantastic Hotel!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Flamingo Oasis. Entertainment was a bit disappointing, but all hotels have similar problems. Accommodation outstanding with loads of room and comfortable beds Food good a bit repetitive, soups at lunchtime excellent we love the pottage soups, disappointed that the rice pudding is cold now. Very few chicken carverys… The dress code needs improving, with guests in the evening appearing in vest tops and sports shorts, it lets the other guests down who do dress up for evening meal. We had a problem of guests vapouring in the show bar so bad we got up and left as it was blowing back on us, I didn’t want to report it as was unsure on the conditions, but if this was allowed then we wouldn’t return. The Piano Bar was empty most nights except Wednesday when Tom was on he had the regular piano guests up an dancing it was a great atmosphere, but a shame it was only on Wednesdays. We need Tom most nights of the week he’s fantastic! or a cot share with Pepe. Other acts nit so good. I know the shop is a separate entity, but it needs vast improvement to attract customers, jewellery in the windows is not attracting guests. The shop needs to sell newspapers, magazines, novels, beach towels with the Flamingo Logo on and perhaps a small selection of swimwear but it’s very boring as it is at the moment. My biggest grumble are the club rooms, we always travel 3 mature guests and cannot experience these club rooms and facilities. If only one room could be available for 3 guests. Other hotels do accommodate 3 in their club rooms or whatever they are called. Years ago the Flamingo did have rooms for 3… Swimming pool area a bit more inspiration some carpet grass around the pool area and an outside sitting area for guests who don’t use the pool. We went to the pool bar for a snack but all they had was toasties and they were awful pre cooked and soft, unacceptable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, to each and everyone of you for making it so enjoyable. Your refurb is brilliant but needs more pink chairs to represent the Flamingo, but it all comes down to money and budgets, we are looking forward to seeing you all soon. THANK YOU

Facilities
Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Food was excellent and plenty of choices. Beautiful rooms. The only complaint was the air conditioning didn’t cool the room down so sleeping was uncomfortable Would definitely return

Brilliant holiday
Absolutely loved my holiday first time there. The entertainment could be looked at as it was a abit of a let down. I would definitely be returning but looking at the prices for next year they are almost double what I paid this year. My daughter and son in law said the same. Would love to come next year as my daughter and son in law come the same time every year but might have to look at a different hotel as prices are to high

Fantastic hotel
Hotel is fabulous, staff are very welcoming from reception to restaurant and bar. Evening entertainment needs to be re looked at. Not everyone wants to sit downstairs and listen and play games. We need proper Evening entertainment singers.

A nice surprise
I was pleased to see the improved decor and furniishings since our last stay in 2019. As on previous visits the staff were always helpful and pleasant and the food available at mealtimes offered a wide choice. We stayed in a club room for the first time in many visits over past years and enjoyed the extras included in this facility. Will take advantage of this again on future visits.

Súper camareros!
Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos. La única queja es que estaba todo enfocado a los ingleses, pero teniendo en cuenta que, por lo menos en estas fechas, casi todo el turismo es extranjero, pues es entendible. Mención especial sobre los camareros...todos ellos súper amables y agradables.
