50th stay with 10 lads
Location was spot on, breakfast was fab, staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice with small bar outside.

Another Great Stay
Our 15 th visit and one of the best. Staff still great especially the young man in showbar, quick efficient, but a terrible singer. To our shame never got his name but will rectify it in December. Great to see Toni back behind the bar as well. Hotel well up and running after Covid and certainly the friendliest with staff and customers. Also great to see the sunbed situation sorted now, no stupid queuing at pool door waiting for admittance at 9 am JuneJuly, was a nightmare with 50 people crammed into a small hallway. Entry now allowed after cleaners and maintenance finish up, allowing for a leisurely entry to pool area. Food was fine, only down side was entertainment on some nights, Jill Ryan, and Joe Kerr were fine even the ABBA Show was good, but some night it was dire. Get back the good acts like Mathew Fisher. That apart a great holiday and we will be back at December and considering another 3 visits next year, because we love the Riudor.

Excellent as per usual
This was our 3rd time at the Riudor and once again it was brilliant.Right from when I contacted the call centre,the quick response and dealing with My queery. Fantastic thank you Lisa. Everyone of the hotel staff are excellent.They are so friendly and polite I could go on about the hotel Anyway great hotel See you soon Gracias

Riudor Brillant hotel
Fantastic stay in hotel all bar staff amazing lovely cocktails ???? rooms lovely & clean & Sylvia are cleaner very pleasant restaurant & food excellent entertainment fine always got bit off fun & laugh great stay thanks be back again

Holiday
Stayed at the Ruidor Hotel for the past 10 years .Excellent location very clean you are welcomed from the very start of your holiday until the day you leave.All the staff work so very hard Reception. cleaners. kitchen staff. Bar staff.maintenance staff.rooms cleaned daily. We were on the AI Premium and this time the John smiths was included which was great unfortunately the WKD Blue wasnt .I think all drinks on the premiun should be free. We will return next year great Hotel and all theStaff????????????????????????????????????????????????

rules.
i have been coming to this hotel for over 25yrs, and would go no were else, but the only thing is that some of the young ones have no respected for the hotel rules by drinking and smoking in and around the pool area , we use to come June and august September time but have changed it to march and October . But overall the staff are the best, kind helpful hard working , and lets not for get the cleaners who also work very hard, the entertainment in the evenings have not been as good as other years could do with more singers like it use to have, Norbey the Entertainer is very good and lets hope he stays as we have had so many changes over the years, just one thing bathroom lighting not very good , but we still keep coming back ,

Hotel
Hi we have just returned from Benidorm staying in the riudor you can’t fault the staff and the hotel was very clean and comfortable beds .this is our 3rd time staying there I think the food wasn’t has good has before but there was a good choice . The biggest thing we were upset about was the fact that people put there towels on sun beds and then don’t use them so then we can’t get a sun bed either o think the hotel needs to address the problem I did mention it at reception and they said they new other than that a brilliant stay

Disappointing Stay
The hotel is good …good choice of food …Comfortable bedrooms ….Unfortunately the position of our bedroom looking over the “strip” was a nightmare we had no sleep what so ever from all the outside noise until early hours of the morning …Benidorm hotels are now very expensive…so having very little sleep for 2 nights is not acceptable….Also all the sunbeds are taken up by people putting down their towels by 9.30am and leaving the sunbeds most of the day ….Sorry would not stay again

Hello Gillian, we are very sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay with us at the Hotel Riudor. Unfortunately due to the location of the hotel we are right in the centre of all the bars and clubs. Many people choose the hotel because of the central location. The reception will always do all they can to move anyone who has any problems.
