Not for single travellers

When I ordered the room I could only order a room for two persons. I presumed it to be a fault in the booking system and I would only pay breakfast for one person as usual. But that was out of the question and I was made to understand that in a manner I do not like. The manager of the service desk informed me that there where no single rooms and that rooms are only for 2x breakfast. My complaint is for being forced to pay for a service I do not use. I am used to pay full price for the room but always 1x breakfast. I made 2 separate bookings for this trip, one holiday week with my wife and 3 working weeks on my one. I was very surpriced to experiance this. I can not recomend this hotel for single travellers and I will not use that hotel again.

You have booked a double Sunset room for 2 adults. Those are the conditions you accepted and also paida deposit in advance , probably because there were not single rooms available on that moment. We have a certain number of single rooms ( with different facilities and location) and the rest of the rooms have a minimum occupancy of two adults and a minimum price. If you are interested in single rooms, we always recommend to book them in advance on free cancellation.   Thanks for choosing us!

Hotel is ok

Ordered a room with the evening sun but that was not avaiable at arrival. Order was uppgraded as it should. With a bigger room facing pool garden. But I did not enjoy the evening sun as I planed.

A GREAT WEEK IN PEZ ESPADA

HAD A GREAT WEEK STAYING AT THIS HOTEL STAFF GREAT , HOTEL IMMACULATE, WE STAYED IN JUNIOR SWEET BED WAS VERY COMFY . THE WHOLE THING WAS GREAT WE WILL BE BACK

Vacation Pez Espada

It was again a very good vacation in Pez Espada. End of Sept and the temp was still good. One tip for the reception: a little more service please.

Brilliant

Stayed in numourous hotels in this area , and this is the best we have stayed in ! Will definitely be booking to come here again . Im the most picky eater and I found the food spot on . The staff were brilliant

HOLIDAY SUPERB

Our second holiday here at THE PEZ year was fantastic as usual and the more holidays we have here,the more we enjoy them.We have no desire to go anywhere else because you cannot improve on perfection.We have already booked two more holidays for 2020.

Visit - 09092019 - 23092019

This was our 4th visit to the Hotel. The high standards are still the same as last year. The quality, variety and freshness of the food is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and work extremely hard to accommodate any requests. Service in the bars and restaurant is excellent. Rooms are excellent and cleaned every day. Will be booking another visit next year!
