Excellent but still room for improvement

The Medplaya Pez Espada still provides outstanding holiday facilities including high quality accommodation, well maintained and serviced, outstanding restaurant facilities consistently serving well presented, high quality varied menus. It should be noted that Pez Espada staff could not be more helpful and courteous. I did find however that the main elevators were regularly out of service, even on one occasion both lifts were out of use. I also found the quality and consistency of the Wifi inadequate in my room and although better in the main lobby it still did not meet 2019 basic requirements.

Parfait

Tout était parfait. De la junior suite avec une vue magnifique, de lespace et son jacuzzi sur le balcon donnant sur la mer. La nourriture était très correcte et variée. Le petit déjeuner continental également très complet salé, sucré, fruits, jus de fruits frais... À réserver sans se poser la moindre question !

Never fails to please

Yet again we have had such an enjoyable stay in the Pez Espada . The location is perfect and the facilities are excellent . Pleasant areas to sit . Comfortable rooms with tea coffee. Uk tv stations are a bonus . Competitive prices in the bars and good entertainment . . Call centre staff always accommodating especially Lidia . Restaurant staff and cleaning staff do an excellent job and always smile . Thank you yet again for a refreshing and enjoyable stay . We will be back Regards

Vakantie 2019

Het is de derde keer dat we voor Pez Espada gekozen hebben. Het is een uitstekend hotel, vriendelijk personeel, grote tuin met zwembad, mooie kamers die elke dag gepoetst worden en s morgens en s avonds een uitgebreid buffet met keuze uit warme en koude gerechten. Alleen de etiquette, dat de mannen bij het diner een lange broek moeten dragen, is een beetje verloren gegaan. Maar ja, dat is persoonlijk. We waren tevreden en komen zeker terug.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht über das Hotel, die Zimmer, das Essen, die Sauberkeit und das Personal. So wünscht man sich einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem Hotel. Besonders sind die Junior-Suiten zu empfehlen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr unseren Herbsturlaub wieder dort verbringen.
