This is one of the best hotels in Benidorm ,have been coming here 12 years,the only downside is the lifts are so slow at peak times.

Puerta corta
La puerta de la habitación no llega al suelo y entra la luz del pasillo. Sugerencia: Añadir listón abajo.

Good value for money
We have stayed many times. Always enjoyable. Only comments. The chill music played round the pool repeats itself several times a day and is verging on the depressing. Would like to see a piece of salmon or a chicken breast at dinner. But no complaints.

A Treat to Stay
Facilities for a wheelchair user fantastic. We had a quad room that was spacious comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious too we enjoyed the food. The staff are very helpful and therefore help make our stay. One slight negative is the lifts as we had to wait ages between floors. Still that didn’t detract from a great stay at Rio Park. Thank you.

Great hotel
Had a great stay at Rio park September 2023. Rooms spotless & modern. The safe wasn’t working but immediately fixed! Food good and staff are friendly & efficient. Will book here again!

Hotel Rio Park
We booked to stay for 5 Nights with our 3 year old son, Breakfast was lovely something for everyone and the overall quality of the food was good. Always able to get a sunbed around the pool. Hotel kept very clean. Couple of things the Hotel need to improve on the Air Conditioning in the rooms which is absolutely terrible, we woke up 2 nights and it was blowing hot air so had to open the balcony door, was unbearable for a big hotel you need better air-conditioning everybody I spoke to said the same. Also the Lifts, you had to wait 20 minutes to get a lift every morning for breakfast and every evening around 7-8pm. They need more lifts or faster bigger lifts! Our minibar was not replenished the whole time we were there and we booked a club double room, also never got the free bottle of wine as advertised online when we booked! Overall a lovely hotel but does need some improvements to make it even better!
