Benidorm in February
Absolutely Fantastic Hotel. But the staff in the Bar need to smile.. the new Beverage and Food Manger should definitely lead by example.. going to the Rio for over 15 years.. at least 3 times a year.. and I have the always the same complaint.. staff at reception excellent.. take a leaf out of their Book.

Rio park
First class hotel and staff but Benidorm council closed the access Rd made a jaunt to get to not hotel’s fault food in restaurant was not hot enough but service perfect

Muy buen hotel
La gente qué trabajan allí son un encanto , desde recepcionistas ,camareros y el metre ya es por demás , simpático y trabajador como el qué más , las instalaciones muy bien , lo malo qué emos ido en febrero y no emos podido disfrutar de las piscinas , pero sin duda volveremos .

Hotel Río Park
Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido magnífica. La habitación muy cómoda y con todo detalle. El hotel limpísimo y muy bonito. El sábado noche lo pasamos estupendamente con la animación y el domingo también había un montón de cosas para los críos. Esperamos repetir pronto. Gracias por todo.
