Habitacion y animacion
Las camas de las habitaciones son mejorables. En cuanto a la animación esta muy bien pero tendría que estar más destinada a los españoles ya que parecía que estábamos en inglaterra

August in Benidorm
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfy, the staff were friendly and the food excellent. In particular I was very impressed with the entertainment staff, who seemed to work tirelessly from morning till night with games for the kids and adults during the day, kids disco in the early evening and presentation of the entertainment at night. And the smile never left their face in front of the guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families or groups of adults and would happily stay again if I go back to Benidorm.

Acceso con coche
Cuando llegas con el coche falta una indicación visible del hotel ya que al estar la entrada en calle peatonal desde el coche no se ve.

my 60th in benidorm
as in previous stays the rooms and the maid service was excellent the animation team worked hard and the evening entertainment was very good and varied. The only problem we encountered was a lack of available sunbeds due to people putting towels on them before 8 am. some of these people were not even guests at the hotel. But I would recommend this hotel TO ANY ONE

Hotel Rio Park
Stayed here 4th-11th August . Arrived at 11pm friendly quick check-in .Room was basic . Very clean hotel .room cleaned & towels changed every day. Food was very good with a great choice even had roast dinners. Entertainment was particularly enjoyable & all the staff were very friendly. Location was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel & will return in the coming years..Well done Med Playa

Good Hotel
Had another fantastic stay at Rio Park. Food was good with plenty off choice. The rooms are cleaned every day but the bathrooms are in desperate need of updating. The only negative to our stay, was locking us out of our late check room paid for with Amigo points, we were told we hadnt paid for the room but after receptionist made a call all was ok, bit of a nuisance as its the second year this has happened. Hope management can fix the problem when paying with Amigo points. Overall a good hotel in a good location. Special mention to Paco the pop in bar barman always remembers you from previous visits, good friendly service.
