Amazing Christmas
We are a family of 4 and we had a fantastic time. The staff were great, the food was amazing. The entertainment team went above and beyond to make our 3 and 10 year old have a Christmas to remember. The hotel was beautiful, perfect holiday. Thankyou to all the team there we will be back soon.

Muy buen hotel!
Hemos estado dos adultos y dos niños en pre Navidad y todo muy bien. Muy agusto, instalaciones muy buenas, personal muy agradable, comida buena,animación excelente, la mejor que he visto en un hotel, bebidas Premiun. En general todo muy bien! .Volveremos

Good hotel, varied mix of clients!!
The hotel, and staff are great. Spotlessly clean, and polite and friendly staff. Food was a good standard, lots of choice and tasty. We were given the premium drink upgrade for booking direct, and found it to be ok, felt proper cocktails would make it worth while if you paid for it,. Now the negatives. The clientele were varied. You had polite and well dressed families, couples and individuals. Then you had the cast of shameless. Vest tops, flip flops and swearing all over the bar in the evening, and letting their children run riot with no control. The Spanish families staying at the hotel, were just as bad. Children had poor manners and adults were rude, and overly loud. I felt the hotel did not challenge the rude and loud people. One family decided it was ok to shout some drivel across the hotel every ten minutes, till the early hours and did not see them challenged at all. I appreciate people are on holiday, and want a good time, but a T shirt and tailored shorts, rather than swim wear and vests are not too much to ask for. The majority of people were good people , enjoying themselves, but the small amount of people acting like bad manners , and foul language and vest tops in the evening took the shine of a good hotel. Dont think we will return due to this.

We are pleased that you had an overall good stay with us and that you were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as with the friendly staff and selection of food. We are very sorry to hear that some off the other guests had a negative impact on your stay. We do have a large mix of guests but there is usually a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and we ae disappointed that this was not the case on this occasion. Bonito y agradable
Hotel bonito y con buenas instalaciones. En general ha sido una experiencia agradable, simplemente a modo de crítica constructiva, deberían invertir un poco más en la variedad y calidad de la comida, no es la que se le presupone a un hotel de 4 estrellas. La animación es bastante aceptable y los espectáculos nocturnos buenos. El personal de recepción, los cameros de barra y maître, son muy amables y atentos. Las bebidas con el Todo Incluido Premium genial!! La habitación amplia, con buenos armarios, pero los sofás-cama de lo niños bastante incómodos, parece que estás durmiendo encima de una tabla, para niños muy pequeños vale, pero no cuando son más mayorcitos.
