Club room
rating not as good meat overcooked very dry no hot desert. Club restaurant should be labelled better as other people coming in and using the facilities

Flamingo Oasis
Great hotel and always a great holiday, the refurbishment of the hotel on the whole is really good, just a few things not quite up to the usual standard but overall great hotel.

My holiday with Flaming Oasis
Well we arrived on 23rd May till 26 th room 2103 21st floor perfect first day perfect then I had to go to reception seen a lovely lady iness beautiful very good at her job husband took ill went to salude 3 blocks from hotel they sent h off to hospital villa joycea where he still is today 1st of June but hotel were fantastic even hotel manager perfect gentleman took in his own car on Saturday to the hospital to the ward no problem as the hospital were not letting me in through covid on the ward no correspondence at all I was very anxious but the staff in hotel made sure I was OK what a wonderful set of staff all the way through from management to security guard every one worth there weight in gold thank you in future we will be back but we will make sure we are both fit lol thank you to each and every one at Flaming Oasis xx Love sue and George Stewart 2103 xxx

Excellent hotel
This hotel has everything you look for in a sunny holiday, the pool is unreal with a lovely bar and I can’t fault the facilities or the cleanliness. The food had a variety and suits everyone. Prime location 5-10 minute walk to Levante beach. Same distance to the main strip. And walking distance to the old town. Stayed here for 2 weeks in may 2022 and one week in October 2021. Will be back next year

Vacaciones
Puedo decir que tiene unas instalaciones que están muy bien . Pero x ejemplo las piscinas muy pegada la de niños pequeños con la de mayores , tenias q tener mucho cuidado xq en un segundo se te iban a la piscina grande, lo tendrían que tener o más separado o vallado, como lo vallan a la noche pero todo el día. Los colchones muy incómodos se clavaban los muelles por todo el cuerpo , le hacen falta un cambio. Las habitaciones eran grandes, espaciosas y una buena terraza. Las actuaciones muy flojas y no mencionar q no hablaban en español en ninguna , exo solo para los extranjeros, en todo el hotel los 6 días q estuvimos no encontré ningún español. Y hablamos de la comida … desayunos genial, comida no mucho q elegir, sobre todo al ir con un niño de un año y medio casi no tenia para elegir, lo peor de las comidas Paellas y fideuá duras y malas no comestibles cambiar al cocinero de ello, los postres buenísimos. Merienda todo fritanga , ni una triste fruta para darle a mi hijo , tuve q hablar con el jefe de comedor para consultar la situación y tengo q decir q fue muy atento y me lo soluciono y ya pude darle fruta todos los días , me paso con el agua , no te dan agua del tiempo ni botellines y yo quería para mi hijo darle del tiempo y también me lo solucionaron y me dieron en cada comida un botellón de agua para el , en eso estuvieron muy atentos la verdad. La cena pues también normales., pero bueno siempre teníamos algo para elegir.

Amazing hotel
Can never fault this hotel we have stayed many times over the last 7 years and we won’t stay anywhere else the staff are lovely the hotel is very clean and the choice of food is great

Very Enjoyable
Very enjoyable stay. Well worth the upgrade. Couple of things that would have improved the stay, would be an information booklet in the room or on the TV screen, also a non-slip mat in the shower. Otherwise a lovely stay. Thank You All.

3rd visit still a nice hotel
3rd visit to the flamingo oasis twice in the club rooms,I felt they have slightly gone down a bit only because last time we had walk in showers and slippers and robes and the decor in our room was getting a bit shabby maybe a re furb is on the cards also our air con didn’t work even after we reported it and as it was very hot it was uncomfortable at night trying to sleep.However the food the whole time was fantastic with plenty of choice,we had two or three rude unhelpful staff dotted around the place but all others were friendly.The entertainment wasn’t too bad also sometimes not to everyone’s taste.The location is a 15 minute walk to the noisy part of Benidorm but not too bad when you get there but very packed but nice during the day.On the downside the hospital next door to our hotel is doing major building works and the noise of the pile drivers, lorries and diggers was horrible at 8am in the morning and then in early evening and I can see it going on for a year or so as it gets higher as they are still putting in the foundations.Overall the hotel is still very good and the brand name drinks and great food is the reason we will book again soon for next year and we hope we get a walk in shower and a room on the 24th floor as the wait for the lift can be annoying at times,overall all of my party enjoyed themselves,thankyou oasis

Hi Christopher, Thank you for sharing your views with us on your stay at the Flamingo Oasis. We would like to clarify that the last time you stayed with us, you stayed in a Club Suite. The Club Suites are situated on the 24th floor and these rooms have whirlpool baths as well as seperate showers. The Club rooms are situated on floors 21-23 and most of these have baths and some have walk-in showers instead of the baths.
