Lovely hotel
Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms. The hotel and everything in iit was excelkent. A couple of days where i struggled for food choice but I am a fussy eater.

GOOD BUT FOR OLDER PEOPLE
THE HOTEL WAS GREAT, JUST A SHAME IT WAS FULL OF OLDER PEOPLE. HARD WORK TRYING TO GET A SUNBED. GOOD LOCATION BUT NOISY TIL AT LEAST 3 AM WITH ALL THE BARS BEEN SO CLOSE BY. WOULD RECOMMEND IF OVER 65!

Fantastic holiday
We were with friends for a week at this hotel, none of us could find fault with anything, the rooms were spotless and the food was great, only one thing we found really annoying, the sunbeds at the pool had towels on them as soon as it opened, and no-one sitting on them for hours although there was a sign up the hotel done nothing about it which meant we had to pay 27 euros a day at the beach, I feel management should have removed them after say half an hour and let other people use them, it is such a selfish thing to do, occasionally there were loungers but unfortunately no umbrellas which I have to have due to a heart condition, it was a pity this let us down as we had a fab time in a great hotel

noise
since my last visit in september 2017 the loud music has increased even with ear plugs in still way to loud untill something his done about it i wont be coming back to your hotel in the near future

Our Hotel is located in the heart of the busy Rincon de Loix area and therefore noise will be experienced from the bars next by the Hotel. We have very positive feedback with regards to our soundproofed patio doors, which blocks out the majority of the noise. We are sorry you were not able to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Loved It!
Stayed 130518 - 200518 The room was great, the cleanliness of the room daily was Exellent! Food! Main meals fantastic! plenty of choice lots of different meats and fish veg and salads plus fruits. Pool area cleaned daily and plenty of sun beds. Location central to everything, shops, bars and beach a short walk away. We will be returning later this year with friends. Highly recommended.

Absolutely had a fab time, everything was in distance to us, very clean , the staff were very helpful. Couldnt wish for a better break, wonderful, i would recommend this to others.
