Hotel Ruidor
Lovely hotel. Well placed . Staff were all lovely, very friendly. Entertainment hosts tried really hard but could do with some updated activities and more variety of entertainment. We were a large group and were very well accommodated to have a small daytime birthday party in the lounge. We had a great stay.

My favorite hotel
Just got back from Ruidor. This hotel has to be my favorite so far and Ive stayed in quite a few, loved it will definitely go back when Ive tested all the others on my wish list.

Horarios.comidas
Lo único que destacaría a mejorar son los horarios de las comidas, las cenas de 6.30 a 9, es muy temprano para mi gusto. Hubo una noche a las 9.10 nos aparagaron las luces del comedor, me parece bien que no saquen más comida, pero que dejen la que hay y por lo menos den media hora para terminar de cenar, ya para acabar a las 9 hay que empezar a cenar a las 7.30 u 8, y es demasiado temprano. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Review
Hotel as always good, the let down was the entertainment. The Gala dinner was superbe many choices of food. We will be back.

Trip for friends 60th wedding anniversary
Stayed at hotel for 6 nights. We had a corner room with sea view and everything about the room was good apart from having to play tunes to get the heating to work, but got there in the end. Everything was clean and staff were all great. Choice of food was good and quality seemed good but on occasion was a little bland. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would go back. Didnt use the pool area as it was late Jan and not really sunbathing weather. Only stayed in for entertainment one night and have got to say it was dire..

Hotel Riudor
The room was good, the staff were good, the amenities were good, location good, food was just bout ok, but was cold & had to use the microwave to heat it up. We have stayed in other hotels in Benidorm & elsewhere and have never had to use the microwave. Other than the food we enjoy our stay.

Our hotel meets with very high health and hygiene protocols, this includes the temperature of the food on the buffet. Hense if any of our guests would like their food to be even hotter than normal serving temperature, we have a microwave available in the restaurant. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the rooms, our staff and location to be good. We hope to get the opportunity to welcome you back to Benidorm and to our MedPlaya Hotels. Excellent hotel
Our first time staying and it will not be our last From the minute we arrived until we left we were made very welcome Hotel is very comfortable meals are very good and the staff are very helpful

Hotel Riudor
From the moment we walked in it was nice to be back again.The reception staff was excellent so quick checking in.we were given a 1st floor disabled room over looking the bars and road but the noise didn’t bother us.the room was very spacious a room and a half with 2 balconies. It’s was cleaned every day excellent service.the restaurant was good staff excellent.the bar was very good nothing to much trouble there was Paco sandra and 2 Tony’s excellent service.very clean Hotel would highly recommend.A big thank you to all the staff ????????????????????
