A great hotel, to repeat

Everything thing great, good value for money. The only drawback was the saturation of people in the elevators to go to the dining room during meal times. Overall a very pleasant stay. We will return for sure.

Short stay

Hotel clean well located for our needs. Luke and the entertainment staff great and funny, Nora Nanni and Pedro from the bar great. Reception staff from our arrival until leaving very helpful. We are looking forward to returning

Fantastic

Loved our stay at The Rio Park Benidorm. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Room was perfect. Lovely and clean. The hotel is in a great location, within easy reach of the beach, bars and restaurants. The food is very good with a great choice of dishes to choose from. The only problem was we werent there long enough, so will definitely return soon.

Best Hotel

I just love this hotel sooo much. The staff are amazing, rooms are so clean and comfortable. The ladies that do the rooms every day are so lovely. The pool area is just the best to get a tan. Every time I come I feel like I’m coming home. Rio Park is now my second home and I will be back soon xxx

Excellent Stay

Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and efficient. Room quality and cleanliness was excellent and cleaning staff were professional and pleasant. Fantastic choice of food in the buffets and well prepared and presented. Looking forward to our next visit in September. Well recommended!

Lovely hotel

Friendly and helpful staff especially the ladies behind the daytime poolside bar and nighttime sports bar. Special mention to the receptionist on arrival,nothing was a problem and so helpful and friendly, thank you. X Cleaning staff as always do exceptional job. X Some suggestions, breakfast, have Parma ham, different alternative sausages. Evening different cheeses some blue? as with other hotels on the group. Otherwise food very good and plenty choice. All in all lovely hotel, will be back. Thank you.

Amazing!

Had the best stay as always. Been a guest here since a young age and my Father, George has been a regular guest for a very long time. The staff take care of him and everyone including us so well. The only bad thing is having to leave and go home!! Can’t wait to return in May - see you all then.

Estancia adecuada

El hotel está muy bien pero todo está dirigido para el extranjero. Las animaciones son todas en inglés y de bastante poca calidad. La comida está bien y hay variedad, lo único las bebida no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua. El personal de recepción y de limpieza super agradable y servicial.
