OPINION GENERAL
ES EL TERCER AÑO QUE REPETIMOS Y EN GENERAL EL NIVEL DE SATISFACCION ES MUY BUENO. ENTENDEMOS QUE DEBERIAN INTENTAR QUE LA ANIMACION PARA NIÑOS POR LA NOCHE NO FUERA SOLO EN INGLES O POR LO MENOS INCLUIR ALGUN ANIMADOR QUE HABLE EN ESPAÑOL PARA ESA ANIMACION AUNQUE NUESTROS HIJOS SON YA MAYORES PERO ES SOLO DAR NUESTRA OPINION. CREEMOS QUE LOS SOCORRISTAS DEBERIAN ESTAR MAS PENDIENTES DE SU COMETIDO Y NO DEJAR LAS PISCINAS SIN VIGILANCIA DURANTE VARIOS MOMENTOS AL DIA O ESTAR DISTRAIDOS CON OTRA COSAS. COMO HE COMENTADO EL NIVEL DE SATISFACCION ES MUY BUENO Y ES EL MOTIVO DE REPETIR YA DURANTE VARIOS AÑOS. DAR NUESTRA FELICITACION A TODO EL PERSONAL POR SU EXCELENTE TRATO INCLUYENDO AL EQUIPO DE ANIMACION Y QUE CREEMOS QUE ES UNO DE LOS VALORES DEL HOTEL. PODRIAMOS INDIVIDUALIZAR PERO SERIA INJUSTO PORQUE NOS DEJARIAMOS A ALGUIEN SIN MENCIONAR.

My stay from start to finish was brilliant. Everything was great cleanliness staff food and especially my room 605 am currently booking stay no2 highly recommended for families couples etc great job 5 ☆

Highly, highly recommended.
Fantastic hotel for families of all ages. Entertainment is exceptional. 20 minute walk to Portaventura. Plenty of food choices in the buffet restaurant. Loads of sun loungers, tables and chairs so no squabbling for space or a base to sunbath or use the pools. We have recommended this hotel to several friends and family, all of whom have since returned again more than once.

Muy buena relación calidad precio
Partiendo que es un hotel de tres estrellas, que parece de cuatro, es ideal para pasar unos días en Salou.La habitación AMPLIA y moderna , la animación cumple con su cometido, las dos piscinas ideal para jugar y el personal muy atento en dos pequeños favores que pedimos.El buffet es correcto no hay mucha variedad pero si calidad y los precios tanto de la bebida del buffet 2€ botella litro y medio de agua como del bar son muy correctos. Y aunque esta un poco alejado de la playa y del paseo parece más lejos en el Google Maps que lo que te cuesta en realidad. En resumen, este será mi hotel cuando vaya a Salou

my stay at calypso
me my husband and granddaughter enjoyed or stay this was my third visit and although the hotel rooms have been updated very nicely i feel the entertainment was not as good as previous years although the late show where first class as. usual children’s was repatative not very stimulating adults same they used to be more activities during daytime i’m sure you archive will confirm ‘this also regret food choices where not as good as previous your staff are brilliant but was a little disappointed as i had praised you to my husband as it was his first time at calypso and felt you didn’t live up to my expectations

Comida
La comida no es mala, pero para mi gusto no hay mucha variedad, además toda la bebida, incluida el agua, va a parte y es cara, aún con pensión completa

Very good hotel
Have stayed here previously, not since 2015, but still a great place to stay. Restaurant has been modernised since our last visit , along with the play area. Our room was excellent, just right for 2 adults+2children. Staff always polite & friendly. Evening entertainment was not as high standard as our previous visits, but was still good. Disappointed to find out the All Inclusive bar finished at 11pm, when previously it was 12AM. Overall a great holiday, thank you to all the staff.
