5 días todo incluido en familia
Hola, Nos hemos alojado 2 adultos y una niña de 5 años durante 5 días en todo incluido. El todo incluido vale la pena por la bebida aunque si no tienes el premium no entra todo. En el comedor puedes entrar bebida de fuera, cosa que en otros hoteles de la misma compañía no te dejan. Las zonas de todo incluido no estaban supervisadas y entraba todo dios, snacks escasos. La zona de la piscina había gente que ponía su toalla desde las 8 de la mañana y estaba prohibido, nose porque se permitía. La animación muy buena para mayores y niños, el personal creaba una ambiente muy bueno. Nos dieron una habitación muy amplia, lo malo es que estaba encima del pub donde había música por la noche hasta tarde y con una niña pequeña era molesto. La playa la tienes a 10 minutos andando y hay varias, aconsejamos la platja llarga, las otras mucha gente y agobio. Calidad precio el hotel está muy bien. Es la segunda vez con esta cadena hotelera.

Hotel calypso
Dans l’ensemble j’ai passer un bon séjour le point positif l’hôtel est bien sirué etAnimation pour les enfants . Par contre la propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous les draps sont pas changés tout les jours .. pour la restauration sa ressemble plus à une cantine. Pas beaucoup de choix je n’est pas aimer pas beaucoup de choix je suis rester deux semaines les repas sont similaires

Bon Hotel familial mais avec des axes d’amélioration
Très bon hôtel, à 15 mns à pied des plages. 2 piscines surveillées, en formule tout compris mais attention uniquement jusqu’à 23h et pas toutes les boissons sont inclues étrangement ! Dommage pour les animations journées et soirées, trop peu de communication pour un hôtel de ce standing. Grand choix au buffet quelque soit le repas dommage de pas faire de thèmes le soir ! Ménage propre, et personnel faisant le maximum étant donné le nombre de clients. Rapport qualité prix néanmoins tout à fait convenable pour un séjour de 1 semaine mais privilégiez des vacances en famille plutôt qu’en couple !

A mejorar
El hotel está situado más lejos de la playa de lo que decían El todo incluido no es lo que nos vendieron ,incluían menos cosas de lo que nos informaron ,preguntamos expresamente si entraban helados y granizados para nuestra hija y nos dijeron que si y no era verdad.El restaurante muy poca variedad y para alérgenos poco.La plancha cerraba antes de terminar el turno ,no tienen tostadas sin gluten para hacer Nos negaron botella de agua excusándose que querían quitar el plástico y luego las vimos que vendían en máquinas No nos parece de recibo que nos nieguen agua en todo incluido. No hay control en snacks de quién pued coger y no hay nada para los s que tenemos alérgenos y encima están habitados.

MedPlaya Calypso
Estamos muy contentos con el hotel, excepto que el día del check out nos vinieron a tocar a la habitación a las 12 del día y a las 12:30, cuando ya nos íbamos. He trabjado en recepción hotelera y sé que las salidas suelen ser a las 12:00, pero podrían ser más prudentes. Una cosa es irse a las 12 o 12:30 y otra cosa es dos o tres horas después. Creo que fue innecesario que la gobernanta o encargada de planta metiera prisa delante de un niño. Se lo pudo haber ahorrado. Por lo demás, todo bien y el trato muy amable por parte de todos.

Never seen anything like this in my life!! - ¡Nunca había visto algo así en mi vida!
Ive been traveling for over 40 years and this is the first time Ive been refused tap water during a meal because Im not on the all-inclusive plan. Being diabetic, I had to rely on other guests sharing the water they were given for free. Unbelievable!!! - Avoid this place Llevo más de 40 años viajando y es la primera vez que me niegan agua del grifo durante una comida porque no estoy en la fórmula todo incluido. Siendo diabético, tuve que depender de otros huéspedes que compartieron el agua que les dieron gratis. ¡Increíble! - A evitar

Lovely hotel, great staff, good entertainment but food choices needs improvement
We had a 10 day all inclusive stay at the Hotel Calypso, out first stay there but 6th with medplaya hotels. We loved our room, which was L shaped with a cosy cubby area for our 16 year old daughter. The room was clean, with a lovely extended balcony overlooking the pool - we want to stay there again already! The entertainment each night was top notch, with very talented singers and dancers. We loved the Aqua DanceGym, which we did every day. Our main gripe was the food compared to other medplaya hotels, it was disappointing. There was no special theme nights, which we have enjoyed in other places, and there was virtually no English food - no roast dinners, no proper English sausages and bacon and hash browns only intermittently available. Also too much shellfish, not to British tastes. Staff were really kind and helpful throughout, particularly David, the bar manager, who invited us to the terrace restaurant for free one night, the man serving drinks in the restaurant, who was friendly and super efficient, and Dani, from the entertainment team, who kindly gave my daughter his hat after the foam party which was a highlight of our stay. Could do with more games and activities during the day, but overall we had an excellent holiday and thank you to all at Hotel Calypso - we hope to see you again in 2025!

Family
highly recommend this hotel - food incredible for breakfast lunch and dinner, lots of choices for adults and kids at every meal. perfect for kids, 3 pools, very safe, lots of fun and playground and kiddies club onsite and entertainment at night - 5-10min stroll to beachshopsrestaurants. Stayed here twice, definitely will stay here every time travel to Salou. 15mins 30e taxi to airport

Disapointed
I want to begin with positive points : The bedrooms are confortables, large, the employees are very nice and always here to help you with the smile The hotel inside is very clean, the food is more than correct, with a lot of choice, and well cooked. Now the negative points : Unfortunately the hotel is suffering from a large part of people very dirty, with no education and who dont respect the rules, especially at the swimming pool : everyone is smoking, they listen to their own music very loud sometimes it is not a place to relax at all I am not talking about kids but adults themselves The swimming pool is for us the badest memory of these holidays The employees at the pool dont say anything maybe it is not their role ? everyone is doing want he wants, The hotel has a great bar Apple Bar but not well used, music is not well managed in the evening, so people are coming and leaving straight after, people prefer drinking all day long at the bar of the swimming pool... So our opinion of these holidays is mixed...
