BIG THANK YOU!!!

We spent our fathers surprise birthday party in Hotel Bali with my family. All staff were so kind, helpful and patient. The seaview was amusing from our balkony. The breakfast was typical english breakfast, if someone likes it I absolute recommend this hotel. Big thanks to everyone.

excellent hotel

we booked this hotel through med playa call centre . any questions we had where answered really quickly by call centre staff , very well trained staff. when we arrived , the check in staff where friendly and really welcoming, rooms where well serviced , cleaned daily with fresh towels . restaurant service and food excellent , bar service excellent. hotel is in a great location , good transport links buses and taxies the hill outside hotel is not as bad as some reviews suggest, the harbour is within easy reach by foot would we stay again , off course we would , we are 40 something couples

Love it

We stayed in this hotel end of October first week in November with my family. I was pleasantly surprised having read mixed comment before booking it. The checking in was smooth, the reception staff that checked us in was amazing, he was a lovely staff. The room was clean and being cleaned everyday, the entertainment crowd were fabulous, there was something for everyone. The restaurant staff were fantastic, it was a buffet style and you will always find something to eat. There were two people in the restaurant that stood out, a female staff but there was no name badge, slim, tall always smiling and pleasant in her approach, another person was Francisco Aranda, he was very friendly with everyone that comes his way. Keep it up guys. We will definitely return

Excellent Apartment

Stayed in an apartment room, excellent size, with small range of kitchen appliances with table and chairs, fridge and 2 ring cooker. Maid service daily too.

Two visits in past 4 months

Excellent value for money, great location, second visit in 4 months, animation team were excellent in summer when it was held outside def go again

Excellent stay again

This was our second time at the Bali this particular year and we loved it again, food is great and certainly as good as we would expect with the half board option we feel . in the summer we were here with the children and this time it was just myself and my wife. when we were with the children we found that the animation and the pool kept them amused all day and night, this time for ourselves the hotel is in a great location to access local area. Definitely recommend the half board option for families as still leaves you with choice to go out for evening meal or lunch if out during the day. Booking our next stay later on.

FAMILY HOLIDAY

We have just got back from a weeks family holiday, staying at the Bali Hotel, we had a wonderful time, and all the staff at the Bali were very friendly and helpful. we stayed in the apartment room 3210 which had lots of room for our family of 5. the only downfall was the poor wi-fi, and the fact you have to pay for wi-fi in your room.
