Another Great Stay

Our fifth stay at the Bali in the last 18 months and it was another lovely stay. The Premium Rooms give you a beautiful view over the Pool and Sea, with the new addition of a Fridge with 3 bottles of water and 4 cans of juice! and KettleTeaCoffee an added bonus. The Hotel was fully booked over the May Holiday weekend and the Restaurant was packed, but the Food was still abundant, hot and tasty. The clearing-up staff did a great job keeping all the tables clean. We dont stay in the Hotel during the day or evening so never saw the animation team. All in all this is a super place to stay in the heart of Benalmadena Costa and we look forward to our sixth visit hopefully later in the year.

Todo bien

Después de hacer la reserva y leer algunos comentarios, que me dejaron cierta intranquilidad, pero después de la estancia, muy satisfecho, como todo siempre las cosas son mejorables, pero nada que objetar del trato del personal, comida, instalaciones y animación, sólo hacer la salvedad de los horarios de restaurante, podría ampliarse media hora mas.

UNA BUENA CALIDAD PRECIO

Hemos pasado los días de vacaciones de feria en este hotel. Nos ha salido muy bien de precio para ir dos adultos y una niña de 2 años pension completa. La recomiendo porque el buffet es estupendo. Quien no encuentra lo que quiere es un quejica. Había sorpresas como salmón, gambas, queso parmesano...todos los días cambiaba y todos los días encontrabas algo diferente. Lo prefiero a estos bufet repetitivos aunque más grandes. Postres excelentes, los había caseros y tartas de primera calidad. La habitación muy funcional, y la televisión muy pequeña, pero las hay mejores pagando más, no era nuestra prioridad. La animación no era para nosotros pero para los extranjeros esta bien, es alegre. De queja diría que el internet no nos funcionó un par de días, y que la tarjeta medplaya que llevaba con toda mi ilusión, la chica de recepción la miró como si no supiera ni lo que es. Pensaba que acumularía puntos o algo y no recibí nada a cambio. Espero que esto se corrija en nuestra próxima visita a la cadena en junio. Es una gran opción calidad precio para una familia con crios pequeños que tampoco podemos disfrutar de otros lujos como spas y demás hasta dentro de unos añitos. Mi hija loca de contenta con la piscina para los niños y el parquecito, una pena que el clima no daba para disfrutarla de verdad. Más adelante.

Family april trip

Our 2nd stay at the Bali ,entertainment was great kept the grandkids occupied ,the rooms were clean and food and drinks good all staff were excellent

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes un couple avec 3 enfants et nous avons réservé une junior suite. La surface de lappartement est très confortable et la terrasse avec vue mer est formidable. Les piscines sont adaptées ainsi que toutes les animations pour les familles, tout le monde y trouve son compte. Les buffets sont simples, bons sans plus. Léquipe danimation est vraiment à la hauteur !!! Merci pour ces formidables vacances...

fantastic value for money

well situated hotel only 5 mins walk to lovely beachfront, 2 mins to local bus stops taking you to the main town, marina, train station, hop onhop off bus, but you can walk uphill probably in around 15 minutes. Spotlessly clean, cleaners visited daily with clean sheets and fresh towels and were so pleasant and helpful.Basicdated rooms but suited our needs with comfortable mattresses, sliding wardrobe for clothes with shelves. Entertainment staff at the hotel were extremely hard working and put on funquality shows.Really amazed by the quality. Outside entertainment varied from djsingers playing 50s, 60s stuff to flamenco dancing and a magician after the mini disco and bingo- usual formula. We enjoyed it all but went out the night it was an unknown spanish duo singing Maybe this varies throughout the season, as when we were there there was a large contingent of spaniards The food was varied and hot, with plenty of soups, salads to choose from, lovely breadsrolls, usual pasta and chips, most nights paella and meats or fish with different vegetables. I was looking forward to gazpacho and lots of Spanish food but it was more international- different theme every night, such as Italian, Thai,Indian,Mexican, Spanish. I would not call the ethnic dishes they served authentic but then they are catering for large numbers of international tastes and it is only a 3 star hotel. I am lactose intolerant but there was plenty to eat. Waiters and waitresses were lovely and very efficient. Didnt have to wait long for the bar staff to serve but they were a mixed bag, some were smiley and sociable, others disinterested. Be warned that for all inclusive snacks throughout the day there was a room which the bar staff let you into, containing a fride with fruits, cheese and meats, rolls, croissants and drinks machines, as well as burgers and hotdogs in the hot trolley for you to help youself to if you wanted. We were expecting to be able to have ice creams at the bar, as is usual in other all inclusive hotels, and a menu to order free food from, but as we were stuffed from our main meals we hardly used it. There is a snack menu with paninis and pizzas at reduced costs for all inclusive and these looked popular with room only guests. Pool area great, lots of loungers and parasols. Reception staff were very informative, helpful and polite. Had a brilliant holiday and would definitely go back again to this hotel again. Cheap and cheerful late April holiday. This was the best value ever! Many thanks.

Gran estancia

Gran atencion desde el primer momento, una recepcion impecable y rápida, buena habitación, con unas grandiosas vistas. El personal del comedor perfecto, amables y atentos. Tuvimos algun problema pero por el personal alojado, nada reseñable al hotel

Bali Todds Trip

Staff were great especially Stephanie at the games. Loved the place rooms super, if any one improvement could be made it would be to have a heated pool. Thanks for a lovely time!
