El servicio que nos hemos encontrado somo siempre excelente... Llevamos varios años disfrutando de nuestras vacaciones con esta cadena de hoteles.- Además la hemos recomendado a amigos, que han disfrutado de sus vacaciones en estos hoteles.- Lo recomendaría nuevamente.-

Perfect for families

We had a great time whilst a the hotel. We went with family and had five children aged between 10 and 16. All five of them had a great time and enjoyed the themed nights in the restaurant each night. All of the staff were very friendly and we all enjoyed playing the games that they organised.

Great Hotel

My wife and i stayed end of May 2017 with son and wife and 7yr old grandson who absolutely loved it. We were HB and the drinks were very reasonable at the bar. Food lovely with loads of choice. Animation team were excellent. We stayed in a superior studio with sc facilities and they were spacious and clean. Overall we would deffo come back again in the future.

Nice hotel

This is our 2nd year staying at hotel Bali , overall its a nice hotel and found the majority of staff very helpful and friendly . There is lots of activities for kids and adults to take part. I agree with the drinks policy of returning cups as it reduces waste . Now to the things they could improve on- the food is ok as you would expect in an all inclusive but the lack of choice for vegetarians is poor, there is plenty cold food but limited what hot food you could eat. The kids beds are so uncomfortable , the bed my son had was just a hard foam block, no mattress and far too short. Also I feel we were put in a 2 person bedroom with the small kids bed at the bottom, no room . Also when getting drinks with your meal you can only purchase 2 at a time meaning I had to queue again twice as I have 3 kids .

MAGNIFIQUE!

Mon séjour à été incroyable non seulement grâce à lemplacement de lhôtel qui était juste parfait à mes yeux mais aussi grâce au personnel que ce soit dans le restaurant ou les animateurs ou meme les femmes de ménage était génial! jai adoré mon séjour et si je pouvais je viendrais même travailler dans cet hôtel puisque le personnel est juste incroyable!

bali rating

on arrival was given wrong room, was not happy but we got what we paid for within an hour later, breakfast needs improving, baked beans everyday and tomatos only twice in one week is poor, sausages need upgrading as very cheap and basic though when spicy sausage and chirizo was on the menu was very good, apart from breakfast everything was great at hotel
