Muy interesante, comida mejorable, sobre todo en la comida y Cena.
El hotel esta nuevo, limpio, cuidado. El desayuno magnífico, pero la comida y cena muy mejorable, poca oferta de alimentación saludable, tiene muchos fritos. En cuanto a fruta hay poca variedad. No obstante el hotel tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio. No esta muy cerca de la playa, pero en 10 minutos se llega andando.

Escapada fantástica
Hotel reformado en la zona alta de Benidorm justo donde no te cobran por aparcar en la calle. La habitación limpia, grande, la cama cómoda, el comedor correcto el menú económico.

Great
We only stayed two nights but had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t watch tv much but it was very good having English channels to watch. Our only concern was the food being lukewarm, even being there when the doors open. We have stayed at many med hotels in Benidorm and look forward to our next visit in June

Great holiday
Took my daughters and grandchildren for feb half term 2019 had a great time and the wether was ok to. Hotel just had a make over and it looks great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking for next year now. Thank you .

Complaint
Firstly, let me say that overall the accommodation and staff were excellent. However, on the day of departure, Friday 21st February 2020, we had an early morning departure, collected from the hotel at 7:05am. I had asked various reception staff on several occasions about an early morning Breakfast, as the restaurant did not open until 8:00am. On the day prior to departure we were advised that the restaurant only opened early, 6:30am on a Tuesday and a Saturday, this is not acceptable , considering we had paid Half Board at your hotel.Therefore, I had to pay for a Breakfast for my wife and I at the airport. I would appreciate if you could investigate this matter and respond to my complaint? Kind regards William McDowall

Hello William Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback with regards to your recent stay at the Hotel Rio Park. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues during your stay with us. Unfortunately the restaurant does not open until 08:00 for the breakfast service however Tui have an agreement with the Hotel that for their early departures on Tuesday and Saturday they will provide something as they have large numbers of guests with early pick up times. We shall make sure that your comments are passed on for you to the Hotel Management. Hopefully despite this setback it will not deter you from returning again in the future. Hotel maravilloso
El hotel en general una maravilla, para mi opinión más variedad en la comida,al igual que ponen los viernes hacerla todos los días con más variedad,poder incluir las bebidas en las comidas y algunas ofertas más en el precio y por lo demás una maravilla de hotel, animación,piscinas, limpieza,personal del hotel en general,todo ok.

Nos ha gustado mucho
Todo el hotel está muy bien y el personal muy correcto. La pena ha sido tener que cancelar la mitad de la visita.
