Remarks

We were returning clients and have been for sometime and are visiting again on the 26th February for another two weeks so we obviously like it, location for us is superb, staff are fabulous from Reception, Restaurant and the Bedrooms are cleaned superbly daily, if we had minor comments they are the Lifts need cleaning daily please, we heard other long returning guests complaining that they thought the food was not as good as previous years, in our opinion as everywhere is hopefully coming out of the Pandemic the hotel was possibly only half full so the food was plentiful for the number of people and of good quality I think people have got to give time for Hotels to return to their old routine of being full before making judgments , the only other comment is that apparently the New Hierarchy Directors have adopted a more relaxed approach to Formal wear at night and we saw people in vests at Dinner and clothes that in our opinion are not fitting for such a classy hotel though it will not stop us going or indeed recommend it

Lovely Short Break

We had stayed at the Pez Espada some years ago and were very impressed by the stylish refurbishment. Our room was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. The food was varied and there was something for everyone. Check in and out times were more convenient than most hotels and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. She recommended taking an Amigo card which gave us a welcome discount.

A well earned break

After a difficult year with my health, my wife and I needed a break. We chose the coast and your hotel. Everything about our visit was amazing, starting with the friendly face on the reception. We loved our room, the decor of the hotel, the friendliness of your staff, the cleanliness.........everything in fact. As we live only an hour north of Malaga, we will certainly be visiting your hotel on a regular basis. Thank You.

Très bon séjour

Super emplacement face à la mer et dans, je pense, le meilleur environnement de Torremolinos. Les junior suites sont confortables et spacieuses. Propreté et entretien parfait. Bonne nourriture assez variée. Personnel d’entretien, du bar et du restaurant très serviable et sympathique. Le seul bémol à été l’accueil reçu à la réception. Aucune empathie de la part du membre du personnel. Un check inn réduit à sa plus simple expression, à peine une minute. Aucune considération et aucune information sur le séjour. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver le restaurant, le bar, et pour appréhender le fonctionnement général. Mais cela nentrave pas notre satisfaction générale

Christmas at hotel pez

Our second year for Christmas and new year . We have stayed at the hotel many times before. I come with my son sancho , the staff are fantastic, they are like family. We have booked again for this year . Fantastic hotel. A little disappointed on our last 2 nights as a football team had arrived and their behaviour was totally disgusting , drinking and shouting in the corridor until 8am in the morning. But not the hotels fault .

Nice Hotel

Only there for 1 night. Nice Room but Extract Fan outside noisy. Food disappointed. The layout of the food islands not organised. Lots of walking round to find the food.
