Hotel has a nice environment, all the staff is very available to help and answer to our questions. I think we can improve the quality of food can avoid fried food and bet on mediterranean food because its healthier

another good holiday

the hotel is clean, staff are very helpful. been to this hotel a number of times, plenty choices of food each day will be going again.

Week in regente

Just come back on 18th june. Loved the regente from walking in till leaving. Food ad drinks were spot on. Bar staff and the whole team are brilliant. Cant complain. 5 mins walk to the beach which is a little further than i normally go. I will return. Love you all. Ray and max

Estancia horrible

El hotel en general está muy bien, el problema es en las personas de las dos habitaciones contiguas que no pararon en toda la noche de molestar llamando a nuestra puerta,gritar, etc.. También se oían golpes en las puertas de la mitad del pasillo. Fue una noche horrible.A las cuatro de la madrugada el de la habitación de la derecha estaba vomitando y a las 7 otra vez pegando golpes.

Buenos dias, Sentimos mucho escuchar que pasaron una mala noche en nuestro hotel por culpa de otros huespedes. food

My dad booked this stay with you has he had booked through Jet2.They brought my 3 year old son. The food selection for my son was very poor. You know what kids at that age are like, very fussy with there meals. I recommend you put out chicken nuggets, pizza, fish fingers, jacket potatoes not cooked in oil and baked beans. I am talking about the evening meals having only staying on half board. kids dont like chicken cooked in sauces or oils. This didnt spoil our holiday has there was a KFC and Mcdonalds down the road. good value, great staff

Very pleased with our stay, just a shame that there are a few people who spoil it for everyone else. I think the staff do a great job and are very friendly and helpful, Im just ashamed of some of my fellow Brits and their behaviour. Its a shame that you are unable to screen your customers as this has the potential to be a great Hotel. Continue with the great work and upkeep of this Hotel. I would however return and recommend it to others.

Great Hotel

My husband and son stayed at the Regente from 9-16th march 2016 they enjoyed it so much my husband and I went on 12-19th May we had a great time only wished I had booked longer we didnt want to leave we are returning again in Nov 16 for 2-3wks cant wait. Everything about this hotel is great especially the staff who cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Thank you all for a lovely time.

Girls Week Away

only thing missing was music around the pool, we were all inclusive and have no complaints at all

lovely hotel

everything about the hotel was great,quiet at night but just on dooorstep of nightlife if you wanted it.Food lovely and plenty of choice,staff really pleasant and rooms lovely and clean,maids everyday,thanks regente and staff,will be returning
